Accessing your Gallery

Within 45 days from your photoshoot, you will receive an email from us via Pic-Time (the platform we use to send you your photos). In that email, you will be given the option to create a Pic-Time password and there will be a public link which you can share with others.

From here, you can download your photos as high-resolution or web-sized. High-resolution files are great for printing your photos and web-sized are best for posting to social media. We highly recommend downloading your entire gallery so you have it easily accessible to you. Your online gallery will remain available to you for 1 year and then we reserve the right to remove it (however we always have an offline backup of your photos).

Your gallery can be accessed via phone or computer and you can choose to download 1 photo at a time or multiple photos. Pic-time has some helpful resources that are easy to follow and we are happy to help if you need it:

FAQs

  • You can start designing your products on Pic-Time and save it to come back to at a later date. Sometimes, it helps to create a few designs before choosing your final products that you want to purchase. Due to the nature of custom printed products, your order cannot be modified or cancelled once it's placed so it is best to take your time!

  • There is absolutely a way to recover your Pic-Time password which will have to be done through Pic-Time as we do not have access to your password. You can also access your photos via the public gallery link that is shared to you via email. If you need it, feel free to reach out.

  • No you do not need to tag us in any of your posts although we do appreciate it as many of our future clients might find us this way. Also, we love to comment and like your social media posts so tagging us helps to alert us that you have shared some of your photos.

  • Absolutely go it! We advise you download your photos as high-resolution files and print at a reputable printing house. If you print directly through your gallery, then you are already using the highest quality professional printing houses that are typically only accessible through your photographer (aka through us). However, if you want to print somewhere else then we highly suggest places like Mixbook, Shutterfly, Mpix, Mixtiles, Still Novel, etc. Although it might seem convenient to print at a local store, they might not specialize in photography and your products might not have the highest quality.
